Relation to the Previous Reconstruction

This reconstruction continues the documentation begun in Orientation Reconstruction 001.

It does not fundamentally change the previous state of orientation.

Instead, it supplements it with a new observation that became available after the publication of the first reconstruction.

As in the first reconstruction, only observations that were actually available at the stated point in time are considered.

New Observations

A further statement by one of the initiators becomes available.

It explains the motivation behind the original letter.

At the same time, it repeatedly emphasizes that the initiative is explicitly not directed against individual people.

Personal appreciation and organizational criticism are consistently kept separate.

The organizational difficulties described remain the unchanged subject of the initiative.

Open Models

Model A

The situation is primarily a conflict between different organizational levels.

Model B

Nearly all participants are operating under considerable time pressure and responsibility.

Model C

The observed tensions arise primarily from different orientations under conditions of uncertainty.

Current State of Orientation

The new observation changes the landscape of models only slightly.

Model A now appears less plausible than in the previous reconstruction.

The statement indicates that at least one of the initiators is making a visible effort to distinguish between people, responsibilities, and the underlying issues.

This lends additional support to Model B and especially to Model C.

The situation continues to appear less as a conflict between individuals and more as a consequence of differing orientations under high complexity.

Which Observation Would Be Most Helpful Now?

A response from the organizational level that originally received the letter.

Equally helpful would be further indications of how different participants themselves describe the current situation.

Provisional Status

The previous reconstruction remains essentially unchanged.

The new observation does not introduce an additional model.

It only changes the plausibility of the existing models.

The further development remains open.
